The world has no shortage of people telling us how to live our lives. What to eat, how to meditate, what our dreams mean, why our ex behaved the way they did, whether we should manifest a text message, or if Mercury retrograde is responsible for everything that’s happened since Tuesday.
I was looking for something different.
Not another course. Not another endless feed where you have to scroll through a hundred posts hoping to find one conversation that actually makes you stop and think.
I wanted a place people could walk into every day. A place where the conversations stay with you long after they’re over. The kind that quietly changes the way you see yourself, your relationships, your business, or your life until one day you catch yourself thinking, I’ve never looked at it like that before.
After more than twenty years of sitting with people through readings, coaching, workshops, business consulting, weddings, end of life care, and some of life’s biggest moments, one thing became obvious. People weren’t looking for another reading or another course. They were looking for somewhere they could return to. Somewhere they could keep growing, ask better questions, discover fresh perspectives, and spend time with people who genuinely wanted to become more of themselves too.
I also wanted it to be enjoyable.
Somewhere along the way, personal growth became so serious that it forgot how to smile. I’ve always believed some of our biggest breakthroughs happen in the middle of an ordinary conversation, often right after we’ve laughed. That’s where lightening up enlightenment came from. It wasn’t just a tagline. It became a reminder that transformation can feel inspiring, uplifting, and even fun.
That’s my heart, and it's also the heart of energiCity™.
